Pole Classes

Indulge your inner sensual goddess and strengthen your entire body with our array of pole classes. At Sedusa, we take pride in our ability to have fun, feel sexy and free in a safe environment. Classes that are great for beginners will say START HERE in the description. Series are a set of classes that meet once a week, and drop-ins are one time classes. At Sedusa every student gets her own pole for the whole class, so Space is limited; booking in advance is highly recommended to hold your spot and to ensure the class runs.

Attire for Pole Classes: Shorts with a small inseam (think bikini), tank top and/or sports bra highly recommended (skin on your arms/sides helps you grip). Pole Dance Shoes (we loan you a pair your first visit, After that you'll need to buy some, we have an awesome boutique), no hand or wrist jewelry, and no lotion! If special attire is required we’ve listed it in the description.


Sexy Pole

START HERE!! At Sedusa we believe a trick is just a trick, and a twirl is just a twirl, until you empower it into a dance routine. In This class we'll focus on creating beautiful lines and smooth movements transitioning in and out of our twirls, climbs, and poses. Each series we'll learn a slow and sultry choreographed dance routine, meant to seduce your lover, your audience, or yourself. Perfect class for beginners who want to get comfortable moving around the pole, dancing in their heels, and unleashing that dancer within. Every 5 weeks is a new choreographed dance routine!

Duration: 5 weeks series, Must sign-up register for the entire 5 week series prior to the first week listed below. Drop-ins are only permitted if you are in another Sexy pole in the same class series period. Intermediate Sexy Pole

This is similar to our regular sexy pole class (read description above) This is the Perfect class for experienced beginners/ intermediate level dancers who want to continue to refine their movement, hone in on their personal style, dance like a pro in their heels, work on different inversions, and unleash that dancer within.

Duration: 5 weeks series, Must sign-up register for the entire 5 week series prior to the first week listed below. Drop-ins are only permitted if you are in another Sexy pole in the same class series period. Pre-req: Must have taken our Sexy Pole class at least 3 times, or get instructor clearance. You should have a solid invert for this class, be comfortable with at least a basic invert and inverted V. We highly recommend you check out our Invert Class!!

Exotic Flow L1

START HERE!! We will focus on learning and perfecting the core exotic pole dance movements such as pirouettes, body waves, transitions, and glides. Elements will then be combined to create a short choreographed dance routine that will increase body awareness and learn how to effortlessly flow around the pole.

Kneepads and a pair of pole dance shoes are a must!

Duration: 2 week series
Pre-req: None

Exotic Flow L2

Gliding, sliding, and threading; Explore intricate base work, unique transitions, new twists on pirouettes, and body waves that will take your pole dancing to the next level. We will use complex combos and cool twists on your favorite inversions to create a short choreographed dance routine.

Experience pole dancing in heels is a must! Kneepads and a pair of pole dance shoes above 7” (preferably 8”) for more advanced heel work!

Duration: 2 week series
Pre-req: Comfort with core pole dance movements. Exotic Flow L1 or instructor approval!


Pole Fit L1

START HERE!! This class is designed to sculpt your body while learning fundamental pole skills such as twirls, climbs, and other essential pole moves, as well as utilizing conditioning exercises to learn proper technique on the pole.

Duration: Drop-in for $35 or 4 week series for $120 (Save $20)

Pole Fit L2

You know how to climb, and twirl, now it's time to take those skills to the next level! This class is for an experienced beginner who wants to refine their climb techniques, add more power to your twirls, combine them into combos/sequences, and start working towards/on your invert. Sedusa's focus is always on keeping your movements fluid and sexy so you not only learn how to do the trick, but will perfect it in a way that complements your existing dance ability instead of neglecting it.

Duration: Drop-in for $35 or 4 week series for $120 (Save $20)

Pre-req: We recommend taking Pole Fit L1 at least 2-3 times, or be comfortable with your climb and twirl technique.

Pole Fit L3

Can you get upside down but want to get into those beautiful inverted poses. In this class you'll work on perfecting those leg hangs, and transitioning in and out of them beautifully. We'll take those skills you already know and combo them, making our movements silky smooth.

Duration: Drop-in for $40 or 4 week series for $140 (Save $20)

Recommended Pre-req:We suggest you take L1/2 at least 7-8 times before advancing to L3!

Pole Fit L4

Addicted to the pole? The focus of this class is gaining strength, mastering advanced combination twirls, climbs and inversions. If you have mastered many inverts and intermediate tricks and would like to challenge yourself with more difficult moves, this class is for you! Designed to be a great full-body workout.

Duration: Drop-in for $40 or 4 week series for $140 (Save $20)

Pre-req: Must have a solid aerial V-invert from a climb, leg hang switches without hands and shoulder mount.


Showgirl Low-Flow

This series focuses on Low Flow technique with the sultry elegance of Showgirl grace. We will learn a fluid combination that will have you feeling like a sensual goddess involving stiletto technique, transitions, flexibility and strength. Your knees must be covered so Knee Pads and/or Leg Warmers are HIGHLY recommended for this class. Must have some pole/movement experience.

Duration: 2 Weeks

Pre-req: Sexy Pole or Pole Fit (Beginner)

Ballet Pole

Never tried spin pole? Get dizzy looking at a washing machine? Try Ballet Spin & Flow! The strength of ballet meets the sensuality of exotic pole...on a spin pole*! Learn basic spin pole and ballet technique and discover a whole new way of flowing in your movement. The warmup will consist of a combination of traditional ballet techniques using the pole both as a ballet barre and dance partner. Then students will learn a ballet/pole fusion routine that combines elegant ballet and basic spin pole technique to create a unique sensual flow. No ballet or spin pole experience required. Legwarmers encouraged for warmup and heels for class!

*Students should be comfortable with basic spins on static pole.

Pussycat Polography

This is a sexy, fun, fast paced Pole Dance workout class which uses the pole as a prop. The routine's beats per minute shift from series to series, so you will learn a variety of movements for every tempo. Learn to deliciously move your body to the beat while getting your sweat on!

Duration: 4 week, must sign-up register for the entire 4 week series prior to the first week listed below.

Pre-req: None, but we recommended being comfortable moving around the pole in your heels!

Spin Fluidity

Getting the most out of your Spin Pole!  
This class focuses on “stop and go” techniques on the spinning pole, exploring beautiful poses, transitions and choreography. We will also look at directional forces leading into moves, combinations and if you’re ready, aerial combinations that flow beautifully on the spinning pole.

Duration: Drop-in or 2 week series (see schedule for details)

Pre-req: Should be comfortable with climbing, sitting, and basic spins on static before taking this class!!


FreeFlow Pole

Unleash your inner dancer while discovering new wonderful ways that YOUR body moves. Each class will begin with a slow flowing warm up complete with hair flips, body rolls, hip circles and more. You will also learn some fun new sit, spin and drop transitions that can easily be added to your pole dance repertoire. Connect with your own personal "sexy" by learning how to own it and letting it flow freely with guided free dance exercises. All levels welcome! Heels, knee Pads and/or Leg Warmers are highly recommended.

 Duration: 2 week Series

Pre-Req: Students must have attended a minimum of at least 1 Sexy Pole OR Pole Fit class series.
