We know you may be nervous…

Our Intro to Pole work is a great class if you are an absolute beginner, or a very new dancer looking to hone the basics!

And as always with Sedusa

Dim, sexy red lighting that will make you feel comfortable, and make you look like a million bucks. Stubble? Cellulite? Have no fear gorgeous, we all have it, and no one will even see it in our amazing lighting.
Slow and sexy movements clearly taught by our amazing instructors. We don’t do “routines” or “8 counts”. We believe that every woman has a unique and alluring way of moving and it’s our goal to help you find it.
No pressure! Pole is a journey and every woman’s journey is unique and deserves to be celebrated. This is a judgement free zone, the content is accessible to all body types and abilities, and we’ll guide you the whole way.

Our Intro to Pole Work class may require specific skin/contact points exposed so that you can learn basics such as a climb or sit on the pole, so you’ll want to wear shorts with little inseam (think bikini bottoms)
Pole shoes are required for this class, you get to borrow a pair for free, and purchasing your very own pair is encouraged
Knee pads and leg warmers are recommended but not required
Our doors open 10 minutes before the start of class. Please leave yourself plenty of time to arrive to the studio before the scheduled start time of your class.
Please turn your cell phones off or to vibrate upon entering the studio.
No lotions or oils 24hrs before class, and please remove all hand and foot jewelry before entering the studio.
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ALLOWED IN INTRO CLASSES!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable <3
